1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ibbak Dubbak mobile application (package com.ibbakdubbak). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install, access, or play the Game.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original visual assets, sound effects, custom board illustrations, animations, branding, and proprietary codebase incorporated within Ibbak Dubbak are owned by the developer and protected by relevant intellectual property laws.

The core strategic board game concept (known traditionally as 16 Goti or Sholo Guti) is an ancient, traditional game played in the public domain. Our specific digital implementation, design, and audio elements represent our proprietary creation.

3. License to Play

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on personal Android devices for private, non-commercial recreational entertainment purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Game, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App.
• Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game without prior written authorization.
• Use automated bots, cheats, or tampering mechanisms that disrupt or manipulate gameplay mechanics.

5. Gameplay Mechanics and AI

Ibbak Dubbak includes both local Pass & Play (2 Players) and single-player modes against an artificial intelligence (AI). AI difficulty levels, piece movement validations, capture algorithms, and loop/stalemate prevention mechanisms operate solely for fair, balanced, and enjoyable gameplay.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Game will meet all your personal requirements or expectations.
• The operation of the Game will be completely uninterrupted or error-free on every conceivable hardware configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game, including data loss or device malfunction.

8. Updates and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, update, or temporarily or permanently discontinue any feature of the Game at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Game following any updates indicates acceptance of modified features or terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
